Recipe: Run an online coaching session

1. Enable and connect Google Meet for the selected coach.
2. Schedule an online session with the member.
3. Open the session and confirm the meeting link is available.
4. Join from the session page when Join online session appears.
5. Record activities, notes, attendance, and the final outcome.
