Term	Meaning
Session type	The service a member books or a coach delivers. It defines rules such as delivery mode and participant limit.
Plan	A member’s session entitlement for a session type, including available credits and cancellation allowance.
Completed	The session was finished and its attendance/outcome was recorded.
Cancelled	The session was cancelled rather than completed.
Not held / unattended	The session did not take place; use the unattended action when applicable.
Attendance	The result recorded for each member, separately from the overall session status.
Member portal	The member-facing area for available sessions, plans, measurements, and analytics.
